22o pound, Deadlifts , 10 reps
50 Doubleunders
Time: 6:09
II. Handstand Pushup/ Pullup minute ladder.
1 hspu the first minute, 2 pullups the second minute, 3 hspu the third minute, 4 pullups the fourth minute... continue as long as you can.
I got to the 14th minute.
