"The Hotel Workout"




It's named that, because it can be done in any hotel fitness area with minimal equipment. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and guts.

use up to 35 pound dbells, I used 30s: Hang Squat Clean into a thruster, 100 reps. 5 burpees every minute on the minute. My time 17:38 or :48. BRUTAL ! No excuses while your on the road. 3 , 2 , 1 , GO !!!
