I. 800 meter sprint x 4, 2 minute rests

3:33 - 3:25 - 3:23 - 3:19






II. 50 yard dash x 4 sets, 1 minute centers

NOt Timed






III. Power wheel crawl max distance x 3 sets, rest as needed

45 yds - 60 yds (PR!) - 52 yds
