RKC Snatch Test


RKC Snatch Test

5 minutes max snatches, 55 pounds , switch arms whenever


The kettlebell can be put down, but not dropped from over head. Ideally though it should stay up in the air for the whole 5 minute duration. I rested it on the ground. Next time I will try without resting it on the ground.
