Bucket Circles Practice
Note: L-pullups were done on a ring like apparatus called the monkey bar gym. These were done individually and took a lot of time. But I did them strict with a full range of motion. I pulled from the forward grip into the neutral grip at the top. I held a strict L on each rep.
