Low back Rehab Session #4


1. Back Squats 25-25-25

I couldn't get out of the whole on the 19th repetition. And I didn't raise my heels today, where as previous two session I have raised the heel. It felt different, I have to really figure out my techniqe.

2. 5 Rounds
40 pound, Weighted Pull-ups, 3 reps
5 Strict Pullups
7 Kipping Pull-ups

Note: First round was unpartitioned, as Rxd. Thereafter partitioned. Tuff !
