205-210-215-220(4) Had to stop, due to lower back spasm.


2. 3 Rounds
a. L/tuck-sit, 60seconds
b. Neck Bridge, 60 seconds
c. 60 Sit-ups
d. 30 Hip Extensions/Leg Curls
