L-sit, max effort

5 pullups, weighted if neccessary

Power Snatch + Overhead Squat, 5 reps


II.

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

135 pound Snatch , 1 repetition


I started missing at the end.


III.

For Time:

225 pound Deadlift, 5 reps

5 Handstand Push-ups
