Track Sprints

4 x 400m ( on the local high school track )

Rest 2 minutes between sprints.

Now I know these times are not impressive. I didn't go for broke on these runs. I oriented this session more around mechanics practice, and breathing practice. I breathed in the cadance of inhale for 1 , exhale for 2 steps strictly inhaling thru the nose only. Felt good. Jah blessed with a beautiful day ! Usain is my hero.


Skill Practice:

5 Rounds

Planche tuck holds on paralettes 5-6 seconds

Front lever flat tuck holds ~ 10-15 seconds
