105 pound, Squat Snatch, 30 reps

Wasn't going for a PR today, tried not to get sloppy. And boy I still feel the after effects of the "Inman Mile".
III. Hollow Rocks
20 work/ 15 rest x 7 sets
could not do 20 full seconds towards the end.
