Front Squats


I. Front Squats 5 x 5
115 - 150 - 190 x 3 sets Success !! Next time #195 . compare: 8/29


II. 3 Rounds for time of:
#135, Thrusters, 5 reps
#35, Weighted Pull-ups, 10 reps

Pull-ups were heavely partitioned. Tuff !
III. Hollow Rocks, 15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest x 8 sets Finished all sets .
