I. Skill Emphasis

II. Power Boxing Rounds
2 x 1 min rounds, "1-2-1-2", 30 second rests
2 x 1min rounds: "1-2-2-3", 30 second rests
III. Punch-Out Drills
15 seconds on/ 45 seconds off x 6 Rounds
1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2....
