I. Snatch Balance 1 x 7 sets
135 - 145 - 150 - 155 - 160 - 165 - 170

II. 10 minutes As many rounds as possible :
30 Push-ups
95 pound, Power Snatch, 21 reps
= 2 Rounds + 9 Power Snatches
III. Front Lever Tuck Holds 10seconds x 7 sets
