Neck Bridge, accumulate 3 minutes ( 1:20 - 1:00 - 40s ) = 3min, took only 23 deep slow breaths during the duration of the 3 minutes. Rest periods between sets were about 60-90s.
Note: In the neck bridge try to accumulate the 3 min in less sets every time, and take less breaths through slow deep breath control.
